In addition, the reasons for variation in visual representation of the product and its real appearance can be technical abilities of digital camera and specifics of weaving techniques of the displayed product.
After you have chosen the products you want to buy they are safely placed into your cart. The ordered products can be paid by different Credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Diners cards) or via PayPal.
All Credit Card payments will be effected in Croatian currency (HRK). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price from your currency into HRK (Croatian Kuna) according to the current exchange rate of the CROATIAN NATIONAL BANK. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
PayPal payments on the other hand will be effected in currency you use on this site. This means that there will be not even slight difference in the amount from the original prices.

REFUND AND RETURNS
YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to change your mind, end the contract and receive a refund up to the end of 30 days after you (or someone you nominate) received the Goods. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of personalised goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation before the Goods have been delivered to you, you must give notice to us by hand or post to Potomac d.o.o. , Kaptol 13, 10000 Zagreb or by sending us an e-mail in the Contact form, giving details of the Goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. We will fully refund or re-credit you (excluding the cost of Express or Premium delivery) not later than 14 calendar days after the day on which we have received notice from you about your decision to cancel the order.
If you change your mind and end the contract for any reason after the Goods have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You will be responsible for returning the Goods in their original packaging, complete with all related accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, together with the original invoice. You must allow us to collect the Goods within 14 days of telling us you have changed your mind and wish to end the contract. We will refund you the price you paid for the Goods by the least expensive delivery method we offer. We will refund you by the method you used for payment. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.
If you do not permit collection of the Goods as required under these Conditions within a reasonable time after notifying us of your decision to cancel the Contract, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering those Goods.
We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
If you communicate your cancellation electronically (by emailing the completed model cancellation form or otherwise) we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
When you buy goods from any retailer, the goods must be of satisfactory quality; fit for their purpose; and as described.

Within 30 days following the date of delivery / collection, you may choose to exchange the items in question, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, together with the original invoice. In order to proceed with the exchange, the returned item(s) must be placed in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached.
No exchange will be offered for Goods that are returned by the Customer incomplete, damaged or soiled. You must take reasonable care of the Goods if you wish to exchange them
In the event that Goods are exchanged, the initial sale will be cancelled. The new transaction payment will be set off against the amount of the preceding sale. Any credit balance will be either re-credited directly to your bank account or a credit card or a credit note will be issued to you. Any additional payment will be debited directly from your credit card.
In the event that Goods are exchanged by post, the new sale will be subject to these Conditions.
Please note that you will not be permitted to exchange Goods which you have received as a result of the completion of a prior exchange.
