Our customers in Europe are provided with “door to door” delivery by GLS. This delivery is quick and secure. From the day your purchase is confirmed by e-mail, transit time to European countries is 4–7 working days. You can track your shipment via the GLS tracking system.
The delivery price is 30 € (calculated in your currency) for all European countries. Regardless of the number of products purchased, the delivery price remains the same.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box.
International Orders

Complaints
Please inform us if you receive a product you did not order or if a product is of substandard quality. If your complaint is justified, return the product within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the full amount of your order.
Due to individual monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that product colors displayed on your screen exactly match the real product.
Human perception of color, influenced by light reflection and monitor display differences, can also cause variations.
Additionally, factors such as camera capabilities and fabric weaving techniques may result in visual discrepancies between images and the actual product.

Shopping Information
After you have chosen the products you want to buy, they are safely placed into your cart. The ordered products can be paid by various credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners) or via PayPal.
Payment / Authorization
All credit card payments are processed in Croatian currency (HRK). The amount charged to your card is calculated by converting our listed price into HRK at the current exchange rate published by the Croatian National Bank. Your bank will then reconvert the HRK amount into your local currency using its own rate, which may result in a slight difference from the price shown on our website.
PayPal payments, however, are processed directly in the currency you selected on our site, ensuring the amount you pay matches the price displayed.
Security
All data you enter during registration and checkout are protected by SSL encryption. SSL converts your information (letters and numbers) into secure bit-code, ensuring it travels safely across the Internet to our servers.
1. Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of confirming your order. Our Croata team will assist you with great care to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Can I order a gift card?
You can purchase a CROATA gift card at any of our boutiques in Croatia, choosing the desired amount with our sales staff. Payment can be made in cash, debit or credit card. The gift card is valid in all CROATA boutiques and on our online shop in EUR regions.

How can I use a discount coupon or gift card?
Present your gift card in-store or enter its number at checkout online. You may use the full or partial balance, but gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts. Any excess amount must be paid by another method.

2. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Diners), PayPal, KeksPay, Aircash, and cash-on-delivery (Croatia only).
What is the shipping cost for my order?
Croatia: Free via DPD. Cash-on-delivery available at no extra charge.
Europe: GLS €30 door-to-door (based on exchange rate at payment). No PO boxes.
International: FedEx $30 door-to-door to 200+ countries. No PO boxes.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Customs duties may apply for shipments outside the EU, per local regulations.
Can I use a gift card to pay?
Yes—enter your gift card number at checkout online. Any balance difference can be paid by another method.
Can I pay in installments?
Installment payments are not available. We offer cash, debit/credit cards, and gift cards for a secure shopping experience.
3. Delivery
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link:
- Croatia: DPD tracking number.
- Europe/International: GLS or FedEx tracking number.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Please contact us at web@croata.hr as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, though changes may not be possible if your order is already processed.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Select “Pick up in store” at checkout and choose your preferred Croata boutique. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Can I send an order abroad?
Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide. Shipping cost depends on destination. For details, refer to our delivery page.
What types of delivery services do you offer?
We offer standard and express delivery worldwide via GLS and FedEx. Express delivery is available for faster service. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to market conditions, but we strive for prompt delivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items bought in-store can be returned to any Croata boutique with the original receipt within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
For online orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Return items to:

How do I return a product if it doesn’t suit me?
Contact us at web@croata.hr and we’ll send detailed return instructions. The process is quick and easy.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes—if the item is not the right size, color, or model, you may exchange it. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll help you find a suitable alternative.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re unsure, contact us at web@croata.hr and our team will assist you.
Do you offer product personalization?
Yes—add initials or personalized labels in-store. Corporate clients can request custom designs and packaging. Personalization is not available online; please visit our salons.
Does Croata offer limited editions or special products?
Croata is known for limited editions and exclusive collections. Ties in series of 1, 4, or 7; scarves in series of 8; many items in small, carefully limited batches. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know.
6. Care & Maintenance
How do I care for leather products?
Use quality leather sprays and creams. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
How do I clean and care for ties and shirts?
Ties: dry clean only; untie and hang immediately to preserve shape.
Shirts: wash cold with mild detergent; remove collar stays before washing.
How do I maintain scarves and pocket squares?
Dry clean only to preserve delicate fabrics. After cleaning, iron on low heat using a protective cloth. Store in dry, ventilated spaces, preferably in protective pouches or boxes.
How can I extend the life of Croata products?
Follow the care instructions on product labels. Each item includes tailored guidelines for maintenance and storage.

Refund and Returns
Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to change your mind, end the contract and receive a refund up to 30 days after you (or someone you nominate) received the Goods. You do not have this right for personalised goods.
To cancel before delivery, notify us by hand or post to Potomac d.o.o., Kaptol 13, 10000 Zagreb, or via the Contact form email, detailing the Goods ordered. We will refund or re-credit you (excluding Express/Premium delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
If you cancel after dispatch or receipt, you must return the Goods in original packaging with all accessories, labels and the invoice. Allow us to collect them within 14 days of your decision. We will refund you via your original payment method and by our least expensive delivery option.
If you delay collection unreasonably, we may charge up to the direct cost of recovery. We may also reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond shop-permitted inspection.
Exchange of Goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If not, you may claim refund, replacement, repair or compensation.
To exchange (non-personalised) Goods, return them within 30 days of delivery in original packaging with all accessories and invoice. Goods must be undamaged and complete. Upon exchange, the original sale is cancelled and set off against the new purchase. Any balance will be refunded or credited; any extra amount will be charged to your card.
Postal exchanges are subject to the same terms. You may not exchange items obtained via a prior exchange.
