Complaints
Please inform us if you receive a product you did not order or if a product is of substandard quality. If your complaint is justified, return the product within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the full amount of your order.
Due to individual monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that product colors displayed on your screen exactly match the real product.
Human perception of color, influenced by light reflection and monitor display differences, can also cause variations.
Additionally, factors such as camera capabilities and fabric weaving techniques may result in visual discrepancies between images and the actual product.

Shopping Information
After you have chosen the products you want to buy, they are safely placed into your cart. The ordered products can be paid by various credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners) or via PayPal.
Payment / Authorization
All credit card payments are processed in Croatian currency (HRK). The amount charged to your card is calculated by converting our listed price into HRK at the current exchange rate published by the Croatian National Bank. Your bank will then reconvert the HRK amount into your local currency using its own rate, which may result in a slight difference from the price shown on our website.
PayPal payments, however, are processed directly in the currency you selected on our site, ensuring the amount you pay matches the price displayed.
Security
All data you enter during registration and checkout are protected by SSL encryption. SSL converts your information (letters and numbers) into secure bit-code, ensuring it travels safely across the Internet to our servers.

- Order details: name, billing & delivery addresses, payment data, email, phone number.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Account registration: name, email, password, country, birthdate, marketing preferences.
- Customer care: additional details to resolve orders, deliveries, payments, website or other queries.
- Browsing data: pages visited and interactions on www.croata.com (and account-specific areas if registered).
- Gifts: recipient’s name, delivery address and contact details.

Refund and Returns
Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to change your mind, end the contract and receive a refund up to 30 days after you (or someone you nominate) received the Goods. You do not have this right for personalised goods.
To cancel before delivery, notify us by hand or post to Potomac d.o.o., Kaptol 13, 10000 Zagreb, or via the Contact form email, detailing the Goods ordered. We will refund or re-credit you (excluding Express/Premium delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
If you cancel after dispatch or receipt, you must return the Goods in original packaging with all accessories, labels and the invoice. Allow us to collect them within 14 days of your decision. We will refund you via your original payment method and by our least expensive delivery option.
If you delay collection unreasonably, we may charge up to the direct cost of recovery. We may also reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond shop-permitted inspection.
Exchange of Goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If not, you may claim refund, replacement, repair or compensation.
To exchange (non-personalised) Goods, return them within 30 days of delivery in original packaging with all accessories and invoice. Goods must be undamaged and complete. Upon exchange, the original sale is cancelled and set off against the new purchase. Any balance will be refunded or credited; any extra amount will be charged to your card.
Postal exchanges are subject to the same terms. You may not exchange items obtained via a prior exchange.
