 Purchase
After you have chosen the products you want to buy they are safely placed into your cart. The ordered products can be paid on the COD basis (Croatian territory only) or by different credit cards. We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Diners cards.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of the purchase and the ordered product will be sent to you on the following working day. Every purchase by a credit card will be subjected to previous authorization.
Payment/authorization
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (HRK). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in USD into HRK (Croatian Kuna) according to the current exchange rate of the CROATIAN NATIONAL BANK. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Upon the received pro-forma invoice (where all ordered products, possible discounts and form of delivery are included) international buyers can pay to our foreign currency account. We would like to emphasize that transfer and bank costs are upon the buyer.

We are underlining the fact that all of your data entered during the user registration process are protected with a security server and we are receiving them by SSL. The data are coming to us with the software encryption. The encryption modifies the signs (letters and numbers) into bit codes and that way they safely manage to navigate through the internet.
Thawte certificate guarantees that the data you submitted are secured. Once all of the data are entered and the purchase confirmation will be displayed on your monitor and also sent to you by e-mail.
Our boutiques
Come and visit us in working days (Mon-Fri) from 8.00 to 20.00 and Saturdays from 8.00 to 15.00.

Delivery
 In Croatia, we provide free of charge delivery by Croatian postal service, and it takes 2 to 4 working days.
International customers are provided by "door to door" delivery by DHL. This kind of delivery is quicker and safer for you. From the day your purchase is confirmed by e-mail the delivery to European countries takes 2 working days, and for the rest of the world it takes 2-4 working days. You can track your shipments through DHL tracking system.
 The delivery price is USD $30 for 220 countries DHL delivers to.
Regardless of the number of products you purchased, the delivery price remains the same.
We would like to emphasize that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box.
