HOW CAN I MONITOR MY RESULT?

After registration process is finished, you will receive your user name and password, which are neccessary to enter the application, which is automatically going to show your private statistics. You will be able to monitor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week just how many of your visitors have come to our site and how many purchases they have acquired.

At your online account, you will at all times be able to see the profit being made and the exact amount of the sum we took upon ourselves to pay to you. The earnings you are entitled to will be transferred to your account every three months.

AFFILIATE PARTNER TERMS OF COOPERATION

Article 1.

This contract is being signed between the company Potomac Ltd. ( brand Croata ) with its headquarters at the address: Kaptol 13, HR-10000 Zagreb (hereinafter called: Croata online) and the owner of the Internet site who entered his/her data in the online entry form for participating in the Croata online affiliate program (hereinafter called: affiliate partner). By filling out the online form, the affiliate partner accepts all of the provisions of this contract in their entirety. The contract defines the conditions for participating, as well as the rights and obligations for participants in the affiliate program.

Article 2.

Each party in the contract is independent. This contract does not represent agency B2B cooperation and the affiliate partner is not entitled to present Croata online services that are not defined by this contract. Croata online reserves all the rights related to the name of the company, signs, logos, text and all other graphical elements and intellectual rights.

Article 3.

Every natural or legal person who owns an Internet site has a right to participate. One will become an affiliate partner upon receiving the unique Croata online link (hereinafter called: affiliate URL). It is necessary to fill out the Croata affiliate online form in order to receive the affiliate URL. After the online entry of requested data, the affiliate partner will be assigned an affiliate URL provided he/she meets Croata online conditions for participating in the affiliate program.

The affiliate partner will redirect visitors from his/her Internet site to the assigned affiliate URL. Participating in the affiliate program is open to all Internet sites that do not contain the following content:

pornographic material, violence, any form of discrimination (religious, ethnic, race, gender discrimination...)
illegal activities ("warez"), that in any way infringe intellectual property and rights
the use of "spyware" and automatic dialer scripts, as well as other malicious scripts that endanger the privacy of users and, in their activities, do not use: spam advertising methods.

Article 4.

Linking of the internet sites of Croata online and the affiliate partner is achieved by the affiliate URL, which can be placed on:

a) a word
b) a banner flash/static

Article 5.

Croata online is the owner of all the information on its web sites and the Affiliate partner cannot without authorization give them to the third parties.

Article 6.

According to realized sales, Croata online offers to Affiliate partner a compensation in all products from Croata assortment with 10 % discount.

Article 7.

Payment dynamics towards the Affiliate partner is as follows: Croata online binds to pay the commission to the Affiliate partner every three months (minimum of 150 $). Croata online will take care of all the bank charges in connection with transfers.

Article 8.

In additionally agreed term, Croata online binds to deliver online access to the server where Affiliate partner will be able to monitor number of visitors, succesful purchases and affiliate's profit.

Article 9.

In case of cancellations, Croata online the right not to pay commission for canceled order. The affiliate partner will be informed about it and, upon his/her request, will be provided documentation about the canceled order for inspection.

Article 10.

Modifications to the contract come into force upon publication on Croata's web site. In order to find out about possible modifications, the affiliate partner is required to view Croata's web site on a regular basis. This contract has been signed for a permanent period of time, from the moment that the affiliate partner was accepted by Croata online. This contract can be terminated by both parties without prior explanations.

Article 11.

Croata online is not liable for indirect damage related to non-calculated COMMISSION, if it is determined that the cause was inappropriate handling of the affiliate URL or due to deleting of cookies on the part of visitors. Cookies of visitors who arrive from the affiliate partner site are valid for 30 days. Croata online is not responsible for damages caused by server errors, power failures, extreme weather conditions and cases of 'force majeure'. Croata online is not liable for indirect, specific or any other damages to affiliate partner sites, proven to be the result of participating in the affiliate program.

Article 12.

The contracting parties agree to resolve all possible disputes and misunderstandings resulting from this contract by mutual agreement. Should this not be possible, the competency of the authorized court.
